Expert Witness Services

Electrical failures become legal questions quickly. Origin-and-cause conclusions must withstand technical scrutiny, opposing experts, and cross-examination. Electric Eye provides independent forensic electrical engineering investigations, technical reporting, and expert witness testimony for litigation, insurance, arbitration, and regulatory matters.

Every engagement is a complete evidentiary chain: the investigation is conducted with the report in mind; the report is written with testimony in mind; the opinions are built to withstand challenge.

01
Investigation

Thorough, methodical scene examination — evidence preservation, documentation, and chain-of-reasoning support built in from the outset.

02

03

Litigation-ready reporting: clear structure, comprehensive photographic documentation, opinions stated clearly — written with testimony in mind.

The Report

A forensic report must communicate clearly to lawyers, insurers, courts, and non-technical decision-makers — while remaining technically rigorous. Every report is prepared with the expectation that it may ultimately be scrutinised in litigation.

Clear & Organised

Structured for lawyers, insurers, and courts alike. Technical rigour without unnecessary complexity. Conclusions stated directly — without hedging or ambiguity.

Fully Documented

Comprehensive photographic documentation, technical diagrams, and visual explanation supporting every conclusion in the chain of reasoning.

Litigation-Ready

Written with testimony in mind. Opinions are built to withstand challenge from opposing experts and scrutiny under cross-examination.
